How to register

To use "BANSHIMOKU OFFICIAL STORE", you must register your customer information.
Please follow the steps below to complete the registration process.

1. Check the privacy policy and access the [New Member Registration] page.
Please read the notes and privacy policy carefully, and only if you agree, enter your name, email address, and password and press the "Create" button.
*By clicking the [Create] button, you agree to the privacy policy.

2. Access the registration page. An email stating "[BANSHIMOKU OFFICIAL STORE] membership registration complete" will be sent to your registered email address.
You can continue shopping by clicking the "Visit Shop" link in the email.
*If you do not receive the email, it may be because the email address you registered is incorrect or you have set up domain-specific reception.
Please set up your email address so that you can receive emails from noreply@banshimoku-official-store.com and then send it again.
*The following email addresses cannot be used. Please use a different email address.

3. Customer Information Registration Customer information can only be registered once per person. Please note that duplicate registrations are not permitted.
Please note that you cannot register for delivery to a delivery company office, post office, or convenience store.
*When entering your name and address, old characters may not be displayed correctly due to system issues. If your name includes old characters, please enter them in the new characters (such as 邉, 邊, 髙).
Also, please do not use Roman numerals (I, II, III, etc.) or machine-dependent characters (such as Co., Ltd. or No.) as they may cause garbled characters.

Ordering Procedure

1. Product Selection Please select the product you want to purchase. You will then be able to view the product details.

2. Once you have decided on the products you want to add to your cart, select the quantity and press the [Add to Cart] button.
Once all the items you want are in your cart, please check the items you have ordered on the cart screen and then click "Proceed to checkout."
*At this point, the product has not yet been reserved. Your order will be confirmed once an "order number" is issued on the order completion screen.

3. Enter your email address and shopping password. If you have already registered or are shopping for the first time or more, please enter your registered email address and password and press the [Login] button.
After logging in, please proceed to checkout again.
If you have not yet registered, please click [New Member Registration] and complete the registration process.

4. Enter your shipping address and payment method
[Shipping address]
Please enter your name, address, and phone number.
*Please double check that you have entered the correct address and room number.

[Payment method]
Please select from the payment methods displayed.
*Depending on your payment method, a billing address field may be displayed, but please select [Same as shipping address].
Even if you change your address by selecting [Use a different billing address], we will not send an invoice to the new address.

5. Order Complete Please carefully check the information you entered and press the "Pay Now" button.
If you choose convenience store payment, after pressing the "Pay now" button, you will be redirected to the KOMOJU payment page.
Select the convenience store you wish to use and press the "Purchase" button.
*At this point, your order will be completed.
*The customer number, confirmation number, and payment deadline required for payment will be displayed (items will vary depending on the convenience store selected). Please be sure to print them out or make a note of them.
After checking your payment information, click the [Return to BANSHIMOKU OFFICIAL STORE] button to return to BANSHIMOKU OFFICIAL STORE.

The order completion screen will be displayed, so please print it out or make a note of it, and be sure to check the "Order History" on your [My Page].
Please make sure to keep your order number as it will be required when you contact us.
We will also send an "Order Completion Email" to your registered email address as support information.
*If you do not receive the email, it may be because the email address you registered is incorrect or you have set up domain-specific reception.
Please set up your account so that you can receive emails from noreply@banshimoku-official-store.com.
Even if you do not receive the email due to your reception settings, if your order is displayed in the "Order History" on your [My Page], your order has been accepted.

[For those who selected convenience store payment]
If you have selected convenience store payment, KOMOJU will send you an email with the number required for payment when you press the "Purchase" button.
*If you do not receive the email, it may be because the email address you registered is incorrect or you have set up domain-specific reception.
Please set up your email to receive emails from no-reply@komoju.com before using this service.

1. The payee name on the receipt, which serves as your "customer copy," is "DEGICA."
2. Please be sure to keep the original receipt and payment slip issued when you complete payment at a convenience store. (If you cannot confirm proof of payment, we may not be able to provide support after your purchase.)

Payment method: Please enter your credit card information on the payment method input screen.

What is a security code?

A security code is a special code used to prevent fraudulent use of credit and debit cards. Please see below for the details written on each credit card.

  • For VISA, MasterCard, and JCB, the 3-digit number is printed on the back of the credit card (just to the right of the main card number)
  • American Express has a four-digit number printed on the front of your credit card (located to the top right of the main card number).

If you don't know your security code or it's illegible, please contact your bank or credit card company listed on your card.

Convenience store payment

Administrative fee: 330 yen (tax included)

Payment method: Please make payment at one of the convenience stores selected on the payment method input screen within three days from the day after the order date.
*Convenience store payments must be paid in advance. We will arrange for product shipment in the order in which we have confirmed your payment. If the payment deadline has passed, your order will be canceled.
Example: Order date: January 1, 2024 → Payment deadline: January 4, 2024

For convenience store payments, after pressing the "Pay Now" button, you will be redirected to the KOMOJU payment page.
Select the convenience store you wish to use and press the "Purchase" button.

*The customer number, confirmation number, and payment deadline required for payment will be displayed (items will vary depending on the convenience store selected). Please be sure to print them out or make a note of them.
*KOMOJU will send you an email containing the number required for payment. If you have email reception settings, please disable the filter for "@komoju.com" and set it up so that you can receive emails from no-reply@komoju.com.

About delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the product you order, so please check the details page for each product.
Pre-ordered items will be delivered after the release date.

*For products that do not have a shipping time listed on the product details page, we will normally ship within 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, the New Year's holiday period, and summer holidays) after we confirm your order if you paid by credit card, or after we confirm your payment if you paid at a convenience store.
*This is "shipping" and not "arrival," so the actual number of days it takes for delivery will vary depending on your area and transportation conditions.
*If you order items with different shipping dates at the same time, they will be shipped together according to the item with the latest shipping date.
*For goods sold at concerts, events, etc., it may take more than 10 business days to ship depending on stock levels.

Please note that delivery may be delayed for the following reasons:
・When there is a large number of orders ・When a product is temporarily out of stock ・When delivery is impossible due to weather or other force majeure ・When production of the product is delayed ・When there is an error in the order or payment, such as an overpayment or shortfall in the price ・When shipping operations are temporarily suspended due to summer holidays, New Year's holidays, consecutive holidays, etc.

<Shipping confirmation>

Once the shipment is complete, a shipping notification email will be sent to you as support information.
If you click the "View your order" button in the email, you will be taken to a page that lists the shipping company and tracking number.
Clicking on the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping company's inquiry site where you can check the shipping status.
If you are a registered member, you can log in to your "My Page" and check the "delivery company" and "tracking number" from the relevant "Order History".

<Shipping company and delivery method>

Delivery will be via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport. You cannot specify the delivery company.
*We cannot accept requests for delivery dates and times, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts, etc.
*Orders cannot be made to have items delivered to a delivery company office, post office, or convenience store.

<Combined/split shipping>

We are unable to combine or split shipping of products after an order has been placed.
Items ordered at the same time will be shipped together once all items are available, and items ordered separately will be shipped separately.

<Pick up>

If you are not at home when the delivery is made, please follow the instructions on the delivery notice left by the delivery company to receive the product.
If you do not collect your item within the storage period, it will be returned to BANSHIMOKU OFFICIAL STORE.
Please contact us using the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within two weeks of returning the product.
If two months have passed since the return, your order will be cancelled.
*As a general rule, refunds will not be given in the event of cancellation.
*The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for reshipment.
*Please note that we may restrict your use of the service if you decline to receive your order, are absent for a long period of time, or require repeated re-shipments due to your own reasons. Please be sure to receive your order.
