How to Register
Please follow the steps below to complete the registration process.
Access the "New Member Registration" page.
Please read the notes and privacy policy carefully, and if you agree, enter your full name, email address, and password, then click the "Create Account" button.
* By clicking the [Create Account] button, you are deemed to have agreed to the privacy policy.
An email titled "[BANSHIMOKU OFFICIAL STORE] Member Registration Complete" will be sent to your registered email address.
Click the [Access Shop] link in the email to continue enjoying your shopping.
Please set your email to receive messages from noreply@banshimoku-official-store.com and resend your email address.
* The following email addresses cannot be used. Please use a different email address.

Only one customer information registration is allowed per person. Please note that duplicate registrations are not possible.
Also, registration with delivery to a delivery company's office, post office, or convenience store is not possible.
* Regarding name and address input
Due to system limitations, old kanji characters may not be displayed correctly. Customers whose names include old kanji characters should enter them using new kanji characters (e.g., 邉・邊・髙).
Also, please do not use Roman numerals (e.g., Ⅰ・Ⅱ・Ⅲ) or system-dependent characters (e.g., ㈱ or №) as they may cause garbled characters.
How to Order
Select the products you wish to purchase. You can view product details.
Once you have decided on a product, select the quantity and click the [Add to Cart] button.
When all desired products are in the cart, confirm the ordered items on the cart screen and proceed from [Proceed to Checkout].
* Products are not reserved at this point. The order is confirmed when an "order number" is issued on the order completion screen.
If you have already registered or are shopping for the second time or more, enter your registered email address and password and click the [Login] button.
After logging in, please proceed from [Proceed to Checkout] again.
If you have not registered, click [New Member Registration] and complete the registration process.
【Shipping Address】
Please enter your name, address, and phone number.
* Please double-check that you have not omitted the street number or apartment number.
【Payment Method】
Please select from the displayed payment methods.
* Depending on the payment method, a billing address field may be displayed, but please select [Same as shipping address].
Even if you select [Use a different billing address] and change the address, we do not send invoices to the changed address.
Please carefully review your input and click the [Pay Now] button.
If you selected convenience store payment, you will be redirected to the KOMOJU payment page after clicking the [Pay Now] button.
Select the convenience store you wish to use and click the [Proceed to Purchase] button.
* The order is completed at this point.
* Your customer number, confirmation number, and payment deadline will be displayed (the items vary depending on the convenience store selected), so please print them out or make a note.
After confirming your payment information, click the [Return to BANSHIMOKU OFFICIAL STORE] button to return to BANSHIMOKU OFFICIAL STORE.
The order completion screen will be displayed, so please print it out or make a note of it, and be sure to check your "Order History" in [My Page].
The "order number" will be required when making inquiries, so please be sure to make a note of it.
In addition, an "order completion email" will be sent to your registered email address as support information.
* If you do not receive the email, it is possible that there is an error in your registered email address or that you have set up domain-specific reception.
Please set your email to receive messages from noreply@banshimoku-official-store.com before using the service.
Even if you do not receive the email due to reception settings, if your order is displayed in the "Order History" on [My Page], the reception is complete.
【For those who selected convenience store payment】
If you selected convenience store payment, an email containing the necessary payment numbers will be sent from KOMOJU at the time you click the [Proceed to Purchase] button.
* If you do not receive the email, it is possible that there is an error in your registered email address or that you have set up domain-specific reception.
Please set your email to receive messages from no-reply@komoju.com before using the service.
1. The biller name on the receipt, which is your "customer copy", will be "DEGICA".
2. Please be sure to keep the original receipt or payment stub issued when you complete payment at a convenience store. (If proof of payment cannot be confirmed, you may not be able to receive post-purchase support.)

Credit Card
Available Credit Card Types
VISA, JCB, American Express, MASTER CARD, Diners Club
Payment Method: Please enter your credit card information on the payment method input screen.
What is a Security Code?
A security code is a special code used to prevent fraudulent use of credit and debit cards. Please refer to the following for the location of the security code on each credit card.
- VISA, MasterCard, JCB: A 3-digit number written on the back of the credit card (located immediately to the right of the main card number).
- American Express: A 4-digit number written on the front of the credit card (located at the top right of the main card number).
If you do not know or cannot read your security code, please contact the bank or credit card company listed on your card.
Convenience Store Payment
Handling Fee: 330 yen (tax included)
Available Convenience Store Types
Lawson, FamilyMart, Seicomart, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki
Payment Method: Please pay at one of the convenience stores selected on the payment method input screen within 3 days from the day after the order date.
* Convenience store payment is prepayment. Products will be shipped in order of payment confirmation. If the payment deadline passes, your order will be cancelled.
Example: Order date January 1, 2024 → Payment deadline January 4, 2024

In the case of convenience store payment, after clicking the [Pay Now] button, you will be redirected to the KOMOJU payment page.
Select the convenience store you wish to use and click the [Proceed to Purchase] button.
* Your customer number, confirmation number, and payment deadline will be displayed (the items vary depending on the convenience store selected), so please print them out or make a note.
* KOMOJU will send an email containing the necessary payment numbers, but if you have email reception settings enabled, please unfilter "@komoju.com" and set your email to receive messages from no-reply@komoju.com.
<Important Notes>

2. Please be sure to keep the original receipt or payment stub issued when you complete payment at a convenience store. (If proof of payment cannot be confirmed, you may not be able to receive post-purchase support.)
About Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on the ordered product, so please check each product detail page.
For pre-ordered items, delivery will be after the release date.
* For products for which shipping dates are not listed on the product detail page, we generally ship within 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and summer vacation periods) after order confirmation for credit card payments, and after payment confirmation for convenience store payments.
* This refers to "shipping" not "arrival," so the actual delivery time may vary depending on your residential area and transportation conditions.
* If you order products with different estimated shipping dates simultaneously, all items will be shipped together according to the product with the latest estimated shipping date.
* For merchandise sold at concerts or events, shipping may take more than 10 business days depending on stock availability.
Please note that delivery may be delayed for the following reasons:
・High volume of orders
・Product is temporarily out of stock
・Delivery is impossible due to force majeure such as weather
・Delay in product manufacturing
・Deficiencies in order or payment, such as insufficient or excessive charges
・Temporary suspension of shipping operations due to summer holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, or long consecutive holidays
<Shipping Confirmation>
Once shipping is complete, a shipping notification email will be sent as support information, so please check it.
Clicking the [View Order] button in the email will take you to a page displaying the "Delivery Company" and "Tracking Number."
Clicking the "Tracking Number" will take you to the delivery company's inquiry site where you can check the transportation status.
If you are a registered member, you can also check the "Delivery Company" and "Tracking Number" from the relevant [Order History] after logging in via [My Page].
<Shipping Carrier and Delivery Method>
Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport. You cannot specify a delivery company.
* We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates/times, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts.
* Orders for delivery to a delivery company's office, post office, or convenience store are not possible.
<Consolidated and Split Shipments>
We cannot process consolidated or split shipments of products after an order has been placed.
Products ordered at the same time will be shipped together once all items are available. Products ordered separately will be shipped separately.

【Standard Delivery】
Nationwide flat rate: 900 yen (tax included)
【International Shipping】
The amount varies depending on the country and region. Please check on the payment page.
* Our store uses DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Customs duties, import taxes, and taxes (VAT) may be incurred upon receipt if the package arrives in the destination country/region/state, and these costs will be borne by the customer.
* Please comply with all laws and regulations stipulated by the destination country/region/state.
* Customs clearance conditions vary by destination, so please contact the relevant customs authorities for details.
<Receipt>
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the undeliverable notice left by the delivery company to receive your product.
If you do not pick up the product within the storage period, it will be returned to BANSHIMOKU OFFICIAL STORE.
Please contact us using the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return.
The order will be canceled if 2 months have passed since the return.
* In principle, refunds will not be issued for cancellations.
* The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs incurred for re-shipping.
* If there are repeated instances of refusal to receive, long-term absence, or re-shipping due to customer convenience, your use of the service may be restricted. Please ensure you receive your products.
<International Shipping>
