Article 5 (Notifications Regarding Product Orders and Shipping)
1. When a Member places an order on this Site, the Member will be notified via an order confirmation.
2. The Company will notify the Member of the shipment via a product shipping notification upon shipment of the product.
Article 6 (Contract Formation)
1. A sales contract for products (hereinafter referred to as the "Sales Contract") will be formed when we send an order confirmation to the member's registered email address.
Article 7 (Payment Methods)
1. Members will pay for the product price, etc., using the payment method designated by us (credit card payment, convenience store payment, etc.; additional payment methods may be added).
Article 8 (Contract Termination)
Even after a sales contract has been formed, we may terminate the sales contract for the following reasons. In such cases, we will contact the member's registered contact information.
① If the product cannot be delivered within a reasonable period due to incorrect registration information or prolonged absence.
② If the registration information or the member's personal information contains false information.
③ If credit card payment is selected and approval is not obtained from the credit card company.
④ If convenience store payment is selected and payment for the product, etc. is not received within the specified period.
⑤ If another payment method designated by our company is selected and payment for the product, etc. is not received within the specified period.
⑥ If we contact the member regarding the terms of purchase (such as payment method or product delivery method) and do not receive a response within two weeks.
⑦ If product delivery becomes impossible for reasons not attributable to our company, such as the discontinuation of product production.
⑧ If our company otherwise determines that the member has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior in connection with the use of this website.
Article 9 (Shipping of Products)
1. Our company will deliver the product to the member or to the shipping address designated by the member via courier service or other means by a shipping company designated by our company.
2. If payment is made by credit card, the shipping procedure for the product will begin after approval from the credit card company. It will take approximately 10 business days for the product to be delivered.
3. If payment is made by convenience store payment, the shipping procedure will begin once the product price and other details have been confirmed (separate provisions will apply for payment by other payment methods designated by our company). It will take approximately 10 business days for the product to be delivered.
4. If the shipping company has delivered the product to the address designated by the member, but the member does not receive the product within a reasonable period of time due to an unknown delivery address or prolonged absence, etc., our company will be deemed to have fulfilled its contractual obligations, and we will not be liable for any damages suffered by the member due to non-delivery.
5. The delivery period may be extended for the following reasons. However, in this case, our company will not be liable for any damages suffered by the member due to delayed delivery of the product.
However, this does not apply if the member is caused damage through our intentional or gross negligence.
① When there is a large number of orders.
② When delivery is impossible due to worsening transportation conditions caused by weather, disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, or other factors.
③ When a product is temporarily out of stock.
④ When production of a product is delayed.
⑤ When there is an error in your order or payment, such as an overcharge or shortfall.
⑥ When shipping operations are temporarily suspended due to summer holidays, New Year's holidays, or consecutive holidays.
6. If you have not received your product or notice of a delay within one month after we confirm your payment (or after we confirm your order if you paid by credit card), please contact us.
Article 10 (Regarding Product Exchanges, etc.)
1. If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will exchange it. Returns and refunds are not permitted in this case.
2. In the case of the preceding paragraph, the member must contact us within seven days of receiving the product, providing their name, order number, and the condition of the product. If they contact us after this date, we will not accept exchanges.
3. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1, in the case of Article 8, Paragraph 7, or if a product cannot be exchanged due to a sold-out product, etc., we will provide a refund instead of an exchange. The same applies to the preceding paragraph.
